“Paul George & Kevin Durant Don’t Have a Flaw“: Andre Iguodala Snubs Stephen Curry From Two Most Skilled Players in the NBA
Everyone in and around the league knows that Kevin Durant is still the most skilled player in the NBA, who in his heyday is unstoppable. There is another guy who is similar in those two aspects and is a good defender as well.
It would have been an ideal match-up if Paul George was healthy for the Clippers’ first round against the Phoenix Suns. But alas! That knee sprain happened just at the moment to keep Playoffs P out of action throughout April.
He might be out of the series but is not forgotten. In fact, Andre Iguodala has the perfect praise for PG13, probably the best he has gotten from someone as good as Iggy.

In a recent drop of his podcast, the Point Forward starring Mikal Bridges, the 4x NBA champion said George is the second most skilled player in the league behind Kevin Durant.
“Both of those guys [Paul George & Kevin Durant] don’t have a flaw in their basketball skill set,” Iguodala told Bridges on his pod before the start of the Playoffs.

Iguodala has played most of his 19-year career with Golden State, which also had Durant for 3 years. That team also has Stephen Curry, the greatest shooter and one of the best dribblers of basketball ever, yet Dre calling George the second most skilled player in the league should tell you how good he actually is.
A championship could do wonders for PG’s legacy
Durant has cemented his place in the game’s greatest while conquering the NBA twice in 2017 and 2018, being the Finals MVP in both. George, on the other hand, playing against all those LeBron James teams in the East with Indiana, has not reached the Finals in his career yet.
If the Clippers somehow beat the Suns in round 1, and he comes back for the Western Conference semi-finals against the Nuggets/Wolves, that team will be one of the most threatening teams in the NBA.
And if they go all the way to win the championship, not only George will solidify his place as a first-ballot Hall-of-Famer, but both Russell Westbrook and Kawhi Leonard will also justify their greatness, and their selection in NBA’s 75th-anniversary team.
Had both of them missed out on that team, winning a championship for the Clippers would’ve had all three of them in NBA’s 100th-anniversary team anyway.
