MI vs SRH Head to Head Record in IPL History

The penultimate league match of the ongoing 16th season of the Indian Premier League will be played between Mumbai Indians and Sunrisers Hyderabad at the Wankhede Stadium tomorrow. Having last faced each other at the Rajiv Gandhi International Stadium just over a month ago, the two teams will be playing their last league match of the season.

Indians, who have a minor 11-9 overall lead against this opposition, have won three out of their last five matches against them. Speaking of the latest match in this rivalry, Sunrisers had fallen short of a 193-run target by 14 runs.

As is the case in all of the below mentioned departments, MI have also had the better of SRH at their home ground. Interestingly, the second of the visiting team’s two victories against the hosts at this iconic venue had come as recent as the last season when they had successfully defended a 194-run target by 3 runs.

Talking about IPL 2023, a solid win for Mumbai is a must if they are to qualify for the playoffs this season. Hyderabad, on the other hand, have already been eliminated from IPL 2023 and will continue to try out reserve players in their last match of the competition.
