“Might Go 7”: ‘Confused’ Shaquille O’Neal Fails to Choose Between Stephen Curry and Michael Jordan’s Team in an Epic Hypothetical Matchup
LA Lakers’ Shaquille O’Neal regularly uses Instagram to talk about the NBA and overall basketball. Recently, he posted an image of a potential matchup between two hypothetical teams. Some of the greatest legends of the game were included, with Stephen Curry and Michael Jordan leading the charge for either team. Shaq claimed that he was confused about who would end up as the winner, claiming that the series might go till 7.
O’Neal regularly posts images of hypothetical scenarios in order to and has included some top legends in these teams. While he generally has conclusive opinions about the better teams, Shaq was left confused this time around.

On one side were some of the more modern legends of the game. This included the likes of Shaq himself, LeBron James, Kobe Bryant, and Karl Malone, all playing for the ‘Yellow Team.’
The Red team on the other hand featured Michael Jordan, Julius Erving, Derrick Rose, Charles Barkley, and Hakeem Olajuwon. Considering the extent of the legends involved, Shaq himself failed to pick out a clear winner:
“This is good one, i honestly don’t know. what y’all think. this actually might go 7.”

O’Neal was of the opinion that the series between the two teams would easily go till 7 games. Instead, he wanted his followers to express their conclusions about the hypothetical matchup.
O’Neal has said multiple times in the past that he considers Jordan to be the greatest of all time. However, considering the star power of the other team, he is bound to be confused about which one would have been the better team.

Generally known to toot his own horn, Shaq recently talked about who he considered the greatest players of all time. In a surprising selection, Shaq claimed the likes of MJ, Julius Erving, Kobe Bryant, LeBron James, and Kareem Abdul-Jabbar were the greatest players of all time.

While Shaq has included himself as one of the most dominant players ever seen in the NBA multiple times, he does not think he is one of the greatest ever. When asked about himself, Shaq initially claimed that he was no more than a top-20 player.
However, upon further thought, Shaq changed his opinion. He claimed that he would not include himself as the 6th man on the list, but was surely part of the top-10 overall.
