Steph Curry involved in car crash in Hwy 24 in Oakland
Steph Curry was involved in a three car crash on Highway 24 in Oakland today, with his Porsche being hit twice. First a car spun out and hit him, and it was then when a car came from behind and hit him for the second time in a space of seconds.
As per the images and the video footage that is coming out, Curry and everyone involved in the accident seem to be fine and no damage has been done.
However, we still await an official statement from the Warriors or from Curry himself about what exactly happened and what is the status of his health and that of everyone involved in the accident.

Steph Curry’s car crash happened on the way to shootaround, which is now open to reporters. He’s in facility, fine…but still not available tonight vs Blazers because of groin strain.

The CHP said a car lost control on WB Hwy 24 and veered across 4 lanes of traffic. Steph Curry couldn’t avoid accident in his Porsche. After he pulled over another car rear ended his car. The weather in Oakland played a part in the accident, confirms CHP, as is also visible from the video footage that has been made available.
Klay Thompson has also confirmed that according to what he hears, Curry is doing fine after the accident.
Curry is currently recovering from a groin injury and is set to miss at least three more games(including the one against Portland Trailblazers tonight) before he can make a comeback to the court.
Here’s a video of the scene:

The Warriors would be hoping that no damage has been done to Curry post the accident.
Golden State have struggled to find their rhythm post the Draymond-KD altercation, but while it may seem that the fight has led to a drop in motivation for the Warriors, it has a lot to do with absence of Curry, who has played magnificently early on in the season.
Warriors would want Curry to get back onto the court as soon as possible, and get GSW out of this slump. But for the time being, the entire Basketball fraternity would be hoping that the Warriors man is well after being involved in this three vehicle crash.
