Aaron Finch’s heartfelt message for MS Dhoni and Virat Kohli
Finch’s heartfelt message for MS Dhoni and Virat Kohli: Australia’s limited-overs captain has posted wonderful message for the senior Indian duo.
Australia limited-overs captain Aaron Finch has posted a heartfelt message for India captain Virat Kohli and former captain and current wicket-keeper batsman Mahendra Singh Dhoni. Finch took to his social media accounts to talk about the two Indian cricketers.
The 32-year old cricketer uploaded a photo of him being with jerseys of both Kohli and Dhoni which were gifted to him by the two Indian cricketers during India’s tour of Australia earlier this year.
“Thank you Virat Kohli & MS Dhoni! Very lucky to have been given a shirt by both guys during the last series we played against India. Whilst we battle it out hard for our countries on the field, the respect I have for 2 of the games all time greats is huge!
“It’s important to take some time to be grateful and appreciate the opportunities we have been given,” Finch wrote as caption in his post.

Finch will lead the Australian team in the imminent ICC Cricket World Cup 2019. Generally an opening batsman, the captain might be seen batting in the middle-order in a bid to improve the balance of the side. It was Finch’s attempt to prepare for the World Cup that he decided to give the ongoing 12th season of the Indian Premier League a miss.
