Rabiot’s contract with Paris Saint Germain ends at the end of the current season, and the midfielder will be available for free in the summer. The 23-year old footballer is also free to conduct negotiations with other clubs from January next year.
The sporting director also stated that the refusal to sign the new deal will have implications on Rabiot’s season at PSG, and he will be on the sidelines for the entirety of the season.

“For the player, this holds a very clear consequence: he will remain on the bench indefinitely,” Henrique stated.
In November, Rabiot stated that his future at PSG is not secure, stating that ‘anything’ could happen.
Adrien Rabiot has to be the most poorly advised player in European football. He has been in two contract disputes with PSG already, they've previously gone above and beyond to get him to sign. He also talked himself out of being called up for France. Abundance of talent.

The PSG midfielder was heavily linked with the Catalan club over the summer, but no substantial discussions took place between the two clubs. Rabiot, however, is reportedly interested in a move to Barcelona.
Apart from Barcelona, Premier League giants Manchester City and Chelsea have also shown interest in the French midfielder.
