With the amount of speculation and farewell that Andres Iniesta has been garnering over the past few weeks, it seems increasingly close that the Barcelona legend is set for a move away from the Blaugrana.

It was also claimed that the Spaniard has already attracted a contract from Chinese Super League and that the decision could be made public following their Copa del Ray victory against Sevilla.

However, no news has emerged on his transfer and now sources in England confirm that Iniesta is being tempted by his former boss Pep Guardiola to join Manchester City for a brief stint in the Premier League.

Not only this, even Luis Enrique could call up his former team player if he arrives at the helm of Arsenal for the next season. One thing for sure is that whichever team Iniesta goes to, will surely have a massive addition in creativity to their midfield.

Manchester City boss Pep Guardiola was in charge of Barcelona’s golden period between 2008 and 2012. And it is claimed that the Etihad chief would love to work with Iniesta again in England and will do everything possible to try to convince him to join his champions.

It is also believed that Luis Enrique is keeping tabs on him, trying to convince him to join either of his two managerial destinations- Paris-Saint Germain or Arsenal.

Andres Iniesta will obviously be lured by both these lucrative offers. First being the prospect of playing in a top-five European League and the second being reunited with either of his former managers.

Iniesta will surely consider this ahead of making a huge money move to China or Qatar. Having said that, both the PL clubs won’t have to shell out a huge sum to acquire the services of Iniesta as he will probably sign a contract only for a year or two.
