Anthony Martial Goal Vs Watford: Watch Manchester United striker score cheeky goal against Watford

Anthony Martial Goal Vs Watford: Watch Manchester United superstar scoring a cheeky goal to humiliate Ben Forster and get 2-0 scoreline.

Manchester United is having a great day on the field, and Anthony Martial’s goal against the visiting Watford can be called as the highlight of the day.

The French International secured the victory for the Red Devils in the 58th minute as he beat Ben Forster in one of the most cheeky fashion even though he was denied the goal in the first attempt.

Martial bursts into Watford’s box and forced a save from Forster first. The save loops up nicely for Martial again, who dinks the ball at the far post, humiliating Watford’s goalkeeper in the process.

With this Manchester United looked even more confident on the ball, and Watford hardly posed any threat to the Red Devils and had minuscule chances of making a comeback.

Along with Martial, Bruno Fernandes and Mason Greenwood also appeared on the scoresheet, while it was the first goal for Fernandes as a Manchester United player with a Jorginho styled penalty.

Greenwood blasted the net in the 76th minute to further extend the lead for Manchester United, giving an assist to Fernandes in the process. The Portuguese International had a terrific home game.

Now, Manchester United is at the 5th position, overtaking Tottenham Hotspur, Wolves and Sheffield United. The Red Devils are back in contention for a top-4 position.

With a safe scoreline, Ole Solskjaer brought on Scott McTominay, who has recently come back from an injury, on the other hand, January signing Odion Ighalo replaced Greenwood.

Manchester United will now play Club Brugge in the second leg fixture of Europa League at the Old Trafford, thus this game sets a good momentum for them ahead of the crucial European night.
