Arsenal News: Jose Mourinho meets Arsenal Chief amidst speculations that he could replace Unai Emery as the manager at the Emirates Stadium.
Arsenal have only lost two matches this season. However, they have failed to pick up victories and continually drop points against side they should, at least on paper, easily beat. Unai Emery is at the helm of the club but it looks like it won’t be for too long.

Jose Mourinho meets Arsenal Chief amidst speculations that he could replace Unai Emery
Jose Mourinho has been away from management for almost a year since his sacking from Manchester United last year. However, the Portuguese still possesses a vast knowledge of the game and has continually impressed as a pundit for Sky Sports.
According to The Sunday Times, Arsenal are looking for a change at the top. In fact, they have already began their preparation for the arrival of Jose Mourinho to North London. They have even reported that Arsenal Chief, Raul Sanllehi dined with Mourinho last week. He left the dinner impressed by the Portuguese’s plans for the squad.
Arsenal are considering turning to Jose Mourinho as a replacement for Unai Emery.

Mourinho’s success working with Mesut Ozil and his vision for record signing Nicolas Pepe have also worked in his favour. It also helps that Mourinho has experience in the Premier League, faring very well with both Chelsea and Manchester United.
Mourinho is also in the running for a potential job at Real Madrid and has reportedly met Florentino Perez. However, close friends have adviced him to take over Arsenal if he has to choose between the two. All is not all gloom and doom for Unai Emery though.
Emery will still be given a few more games to prove himself. However, should there be no improvements, the club hierarchy will not hesitate to give him the axe. It seems almost certain now that Mourinho could very well be on his way to the top of a 3rd top club in the Premier League.
