Arsenal Transfer News: Arsenal bid £42 million for Real Madrid ace with Florentino Perez likely to accept

Arsenal Transfer News: Arsenal bid £42 million for Real Madrid ace Dani Ceballos with Florentino Perez likely to accept the bid.

Arsenal are set to make few changes in the squad, with a meager budget they received to hire their targets this summer. Thus, with minimal option available, the Gunners have chose to do their business wisely.

According to a report by the Eldes Marque, Arsenal have submitted a £42 million bid for Dani Ceballos to Real Madrid, and it is futher known that Florentino Perez is ready to accept the offer.

Dani Ceballos has failed to rise in the pecking order of Real Madrid midfield, and is way short of his desired appearances.  The Spanish International had a wonderful Euro U21 campaign, which has surely aroused interests of several clubs.

Thus, the Gunners have made an offer for Ceballos, as he seems as a suitable candidate to replace Aaron Ramsey in Arsenal’s squad. On the other hand, the 22-year-old player has admitted that he wants to break into the Spain’s squad for Euro 2020.

Hence, to achieve it, he needs more game-time at the club, which he might not receive in Real Madrid, considering the level of competition around him.

After winning the Euro U21 Championship with Spain, he discussed about his future goals, to make a progress in his career.

“I’ve always said I have four-year contract with Real Madrid, but it is true that I’m happy playing football,” he said

“That’s when I feel important in the field and with confidence when everything is much easier. The next year I want to play 40 games and aspire to win.”

With this, it seems that the Real Madrid midfielder might not hesitate to move away for Arsenal, as he will receive ample opportunities to perform.
