Aaron Ramsey’s future at Arsenal is suddenly under a cloud, as the Welshman could be sold in the summer in order to create transfer funds to rebuild the side.

Rambo has been a star for the club and has personally had a great campaign so far, maybe even the best player for Arsenal. He has shown flashes of his glorious best, as Rambo has provided both goals and assists to his game.

But with Arsenal set to have their worst season in two decades, many players including Ramsey feel that a change in management is essential if the club needs to progress and get to the next level.

David Hytner, from the Guardian, reported that the players held a secret meeting without Wenger, and the players agreed on the fact that Wenger is no longer the man to lead Arsenal… Other reports suggest that Mertesacker was the lead spokesman of this meeting.

Pablo (an arsenal insider) reports now that Ramsey was the source of Hytner, who has strong contacts in the Arsenal dressing room. Although Ramsey was one of the most loyal players to Wenger, it seems now that the player has lost his faith in the manager.

Ramsey is yet to sign a contract extension, and with just one year left on his contract, the Welshman may well look for some other options elsewhere.

This is what Wenger had to say when asked about whether the club may sell Ramsey in the summer.

“No not at all.

“You want absolutely to find problems. I don’t know what you look for. We want the players to stay.”

“This club has been created by the people who work in the fabric,” he said. “[It is] one of the few clubs in the world [like that].

“We want our players to be proud of the values that have been created by people that’s based on hard work, humility and a desire to be together.

“That’s the values we want the players to take charge of and to stay together and show these values. That’s what I want. That’s my dream.

“You talk always to me ‘he’ll go somewhere’. It’s for what?”
