BAN vs WI Dream 11 Prediction: Best Dream11 team for today’s Bangladesh vs West Indies Match 23 | TSR helps you with Dream 11 for CWC 2019.

The 23rd match of the ongoing ICC Cricket World Cup 2019 will be played between Bangladesh and West Indies at Taunton today. In the four matches which both the teams have played so far, both of them have won one and lost two matches. Both teams have lost a match each to rain as well.

With the tournament into its middle phase now, Bangladesh and West Indies would be looking to make amends for things will start to get all the more difficult if they continue to lose more matches.

BAN vs WI Dream 11 Prediction

Wicket-keepers for BAN vs WI Dream 11

I have picked a couple of wicket-keeper batsmen for this match. Selecting Bangladesh wicket-keeper Mushfiqur Rahim is a no-brainer majorly because of his form against West Indies. In 25 ODIs, Rahim has scored 879 runs at an average of 46.26 including seven half-centuries.

Speaking during the pre-match press conference, Bangladesh captain Mashrafe Mortaza confirmed that Rahim has recovered after being hit in the nets yesterday.

In addition to Rahim, I have also selected West Indies’ Nicholas Pooran. The southpaw has scored 137 runs at an average of 68.50 and a strike rate of 103 in the tournament so far. Citing how well he has played, there are significant chances of him continuing the momentum today as well.

Batsmen for BAN vs WI Dream 11

Having scored 16, 24 and 19 in three innings, Bangladesh opening batsman Tamim Iqbal hasn’t been able to convert his starts in this World Cup. With him being the fulcrum of Bangladesh’s batting in general, one believes that a monumental innings from him might just be round the corner.

Much like Iqbal, veteran West Indies opening batsman Chris Gayle hasn’t played any game-changing innings so far. That being said, the Universe Boss has scored one half-century. Against Bangladesh’s bowling line-up, the 39-year old cricketer would be looking to take the mantle on himself today.

At 8.5 credits, West Indies middle-order batsman Shimron Hetmyer has it in him to be a budget buy for this match.

All-rounders for BAN vs WI Dream 11

Having scored 260 runs in three matches at an average of 86.66 and a strike rate of 95.94 including a century and two half-centuries, Bangladesh all-rounder Shakib Al Hasan will try to replicate his previous performances today. The best Bangladeshi cricketer in the tournament contributing in both the innings should work wonders for you guys.

It is true that Andre Russell hasn’t lived up to the expectations in this tournament. But he is one cricketer who is highly likely to leave reap benefits for you. Much like Russell, West Indies captain Jason Holder is also likely to contribute in both the innings. Get him in as well!

Bowlers for BAN vs WI Dream 11

Mohammad Saifuddin might have leaked runs at an economy rate of 7.33 but he is Bangladesh’s highest wicket-taker in the tournament till now. Expected to bowl in the death overs, Saifuddin might be among the wickets today despite giving away runs.

The primary reason why I have picked Bangladesh off-spinner Mehidy Hasan Miraz is the presence of several left-handed batsmen in the opposition team. His impressive form in addition to him having it in him to contribute with the bat makes me pick him for this match.

What Saifuddin is for Bangladesh, Oshane Thomas is for West Indies. The 22-year old fast bowler might have given away runs at 6.04 but has been usually among the wickets. With his X-factor, Thomas should be able to become a threat for the Bangladeshi batsmen.
