Luis Suarez has sparkled Neymar’s Camo Nou return by making a remarkable claim. 

Luis Suarez had lid the rumours by iterating that he would like to pair up with Neymar one day again. The Brazilian moved to PSG in 2017, but has been reportedly unhappy with the competition within the league.

The Brazilian is open to the idea of moving back to Nou Camp, which interests his former club furthermore. The 27-year-old spent four seasons and was part of the famous side which went on to win the treble in 2014/15 campaign. He made 185 appearances for the club and found the back of the net 105 times.

Reports quoted that Barcelona would be willing to let one of Ivan Rakitic, Samuel Umtiti or Ousmane Dembele leave to lure Neymar back to Nou Camp. It is cash plus swap deal and Neymar is desperate for a reunion with Lionel Messi and Luis Suarez once again.

Suarez has said that he would welcome back Neymar, who has been ruled out this year’s Copa America due to an ankle injury sustained during a friendly against Qatar.

“I was privileged to fulfil one of the best years of my life as a football player at Barcelona next to the best in the world, Messi, and the second-best in the world, Neymar,” the Uruguay international told RAC1 on Monday.

“For me, it was one of the best moments I’ve ever lived, won the treble.”

Suarez added: “Who would not want to enjoy players like Ney?

“But he belongs to PSG and these are things that are always talked about during the market.”

Arturo Vidal, who was part of the side which triumphed Qatar 4-0 in the Copa America, has said the same. He regards Neymar as one of the best and would like him to see him in Barca colours again.

“It would be lovely if he wanted to come (back to Barcelona),” Vidal said following Chile’s win. “He won everything, everyone likes him there.”

Neymar helped PSG to back-to-back Ligue 1 title, but his journey at Paris has been reduced owing down to injuries. Over the last two seasons, the PSG forward has made just 58 appearances, but mustered out 51 goals and 29 assists in that period.
