Ole Gunnar Solskjaer goal Vs Bayern Munich: Watch Manchester United manager scoring a goal to give a 1-0 lead against Bayern Munich.

Manchester United are facing Bayern Munich on the occasion of completing 20 years of Red Devil’s historic treble winning season in 1999. The friendly match between the two sides have most of the players, who played for their respective teams at that time.

This match has its own charm as Manchester United’s legendary manager Sir Alex Ferguson is himself managing the side with several players from class of 92. Whereas, legendary Lotthar Mattaus is captaining the German side.

Moreover, the revenue generated by the match will go for charity. Further, the Reds’ legends are wearing the new Manchester United’s kit for the following season.

Amidst all the charm, the match started with a touch of nostalgia, as the Old Trafford started reliving the historic night with the whistle.

Two minutes into the game, Andy Cole was replaced by the baby-face assassin Ole Solskjaer. It further took two more minutes for the Manchester United manager to register himself on the score sheet after he scored the opening goal of the match in the 5th minute.

Bayern Munich’s legends got nervous in front of the goal and made a clumsy clearance to Dwight Yorke’s shot, later Yorke gave a back-heal into the center of the box after the rebound.

Further, Solskjaer recieved the pass from Jesper Blomqvist and tapped the ball into the net to give 1-0 lead to Manchester United in the match.
