BBL Esports have had the most underwhelming performance in the VCT EMEA so far. In fact, their performance did not stand out to a point that they are now looking to change their Valorant roster in the middle of the tournament. however, this is not a new thing, a lot of organizations have made changes to their roster mid-season. Sentinels replaced their head coach and brought in Marved instead of TenZ. Therefore, changes amidst the tournament are quite common. Let us discuss why BBL desperately needs changes.
Why BBL Esports Desperately Need to Make Changes to Their Valorant Roster
BBL Esports is undoubtedly the least recognized Valorant team in the EMEA scene, even lesser than Karmine Corp. While they put on a decent performance against DRX at VCT LOCK IN, they still lost. Not to mention they have lost every single match in the recent VCT EMEA tournament. They might seem like a good team but they desperately need changes in terms of their coaching staff. In addition, one needs to improve team coordination as well.
That is where these changes come in. The team is looking to replace their head coach Vlad by bringing in Epic. In addition, ‘aimDLL’ who was synonymous with BBL will also be brought over to their roster. He has not played for their team since last year. He will be replacing the current IGL SouhcNi. The team has only a few matches left to qualify for the layoffs as the single round-robin weeks come to an end soon. Their next match will be against Team Vitality who are currently 3-1 in the tournament.

It will be tough competition for BBL but if they manage to beat Vitality, it would be a nice start for them as they could build much-needed momentum. Let us see what the Turkish team has in store for us at the VCT EMEA scene. We hope they manage to qualify for the playoffs but the chances seem less as they are at the bottom of the table currently. Team Vitality looks in nice form so it will be a difficult task for BBL to pull it off. For more Valorant content, click here!
