BEL vs GER Dream11 Prediction: Dream11 Fantasy Tips for Belgium vs Germany in FIH Pro League

BEL vs GER Dream11 Prediction Team: Seventh placed Germany take on second position Belgium in what is expected to be a lopsided encounter

World number one ranked side Belgium have shown exactly why they deserve to be accorded of the highest position in the FIH rankings. Ever since winning the World Cup in 2018 in India, the side have only gone onto build in strength, crafting their path to the pinnacle of world hockey with their exuberant brand of quick, intricate attacking hockey.

And the FIH Pro League has been no different for them. With 6 wins from 7 matches, the side sit pretty in second place as they look to consolidate their place in the top 4 spot and scour ahead into the FIH finals slated for June. They’re on a five match winning spree and only look set to add to it when they take on Germany on Sunday.

Elsewhere for their opposition Germany, the tournament couldn’t have been a more cumbersome one. They are sitting right in the depths of the league, struggling to come out of the number 7 position which they find themselves in with a flabbergasted showing pummelling them to their fate. However, they managed to defeat Argentina 4-3 in the penalty shoot-out the last time around, a stunning result which they’ll be looking to build on.

Probable Winner

The last time both the Belgium men’s and women’s team was in action was against England a week back when both the sides came out of their clashes with wins. The side will be looking to have the same fortunes on Sunday when their women’s side also take on Germany before them at the same venue.

Solely looking at hockey reasons, Belgium are by quite some distance the stronger side. They’re completely packed with wordclass players who have in their artillery a more than exquisite skill set. What will especially trouble Germany is their attack, something which will be just too mastering for Germany to quell. Expect Belgium to win this with relative ease.

Goal-Keeper for BEL vs GER Dream11

Belgium’s Vincent Vanasch is the option we have decided to select. The one area where Belgium have severely lacked this year, they’ve eventually over the last two matches looked to nail down Vincent as their shot-stopper and we’ll be keeping him in our side.

Defenders for BEL vs GER Dream11

Having managed to find the goal on just 15 occasions across all their matches, the absence of Germany’s attacking facet has been surprising. They’ve offered nothing and we are going to fill our side to the brim with Belgian defenders with an entire trio of defenders being included into our line-up on the day.

In come, Alexander, Loick and Arther a unit which has held fort time and time again in the most pristine of fashions for their side. They’ve been a terrific unit, not allowing any attack to go past them to step up an impregnable wall.

Germany meanwhile have themselves constructed an exemplary combination at the back, one which is lead by Lukas Windfeder. He’s going to be the only player from their side who makes up our defensive unit.

Midfielders for BEL vs GER Dream11

We’ll be compensating for German players in this part of the side with the requisite need to bring in 4 players from the country seeing us opt for three players from their side. Niklas Wellen, Constantin Staib and Prinz all will represent us on the day, more so for the economical price and their ability to come up with the regular points. Not the strongest part of our side but one we had to indulge in to make funds for other areas.

Forwards for BEL vs GER Dream11

The main reason for Belgium reaching the pinnacles of success has been their compelling and maverick attacking trio which has fearless taken of defensive units. They’ve resonated the same success all through 2019, crumbling defenders with their drag flicks, slick penalty corner routines and pinch perfect shoots. Boon, Dockier and Charlier are all going to be a part of our contingent.

Captain And Vice-Captain

Striker Boon will lead our side out for the day as captain while their defender Arther Van Doren will be the vice-captain pick.
