Bonnie Paine asks Rishabh Pant

Bonnie Paine asks Rishabh Pant: The banter between the Paine family and the Indian wicket-keeper doesn’t seem to end.

It seems that the healthy banter between Australia Test captain Tim Paine, his wife Bonnie Paine and India wicket-keeper batsman Rishabh Pant doesn’t seem to end.

The banter had started in the recently concluded Test series between Australia and India but interestingly, despite the series getting over, the banter is still in process.

People were reminded of the same after Bonnie Paine posted a story on Instagram recently. Having clicked a selfie with her kid, Bonnie had written a caption expressing the need for a babysitter.

“Trying to unpack with a needy baby. Wonder if Rishabh Pant is free for a babysitting gig today,” her captain read on Instagram. Watch the image below:

It all started when Tim Paine had first asked Pant to babysit his kids. In the next innings, Pant was seen as calling Paine a ‘temporary captain‘. The best part about this banter has been that things remained on the ground and weren’t taken seriously by either of the two wicket-keepers.

The banter took the storm on New Year’s Day when Bonnie Paine posted a photo with Pant and her kids. The photo took no time in going viral across social media platforms and trended for a few days.

Bonnie Paine, who received an instant hike in her followers on Instagram, credited Pant for the same saying that a lot of her new followers are Pant’s fans. In an interview after the incident, Pant disclosed that it was lovely meeting Tim Paine’s family.
