BREAKING: AIFF launches low-priced merchandise for Indian Football Fans
If you have been following the Indian Football Team for a long time, you certainly wouldn’t have any jersey to show for it, as the AIFF hadn’t churned it out for the fans until now. And when they did, they did so for an exorbitant price of Rs 4695(excluding delivery charge).
Football fans who were eagerly waiting to wear the jersey with pride felt cheated, as even the European Clubs have jerseys that cost a lot cheaper than that. And if the AIFF is looking to promote the sport amongst the masses, it should launch the jersey at a price much lower than the present one.
And it looks life the AIFF has responded to the requests/threats of the Indian football fanatics.
The AIFF has launched ‘low-priced merchandise’ in association with The Souled Store for Indian Football Fans, where people can buy T-Shirts, Wrist bands, Cups , phone covers, posters etc.
“We are delighted to present the attractive range of merchandise collection for our extremely passionate and fast growing football fans,” said Kushal, AIFF General Secretary.
“Their love for Indian football and the passion to #BackTheBlue has been the unique factor in designing the merchandise.” he added.
The low-priced merchandise comes as a brilliant surprise for Indian football fans, who were raging last month when the AIFF launched jerseys priced Rs 4695.
The merchandise will also be available on select e-commerce sites like myntra.com, amazon.in and flipkart.com.
The official Nike jersey will be worn by the U-17 players in next month’s U-17 FIFA World Cup and will also be worn by the senior national team.
Fans would be delighted that they can wear Indian football merchandise without burning a hole in their pocket, all thanks to The Souled Store and the AIFF.
