Sead Kolasinac and Carl Jenkinson have returned to full training after recovering from their injuries, and Unai Emery could use them for the cup match. The Spanish boss is expected to rotate the squad for the game, as Arsenal face Watford in the Premier League weekend.

However, Sokratis, who limped off the field during the match against Everton last week, will be assessed before the Carabao Cup match. Henrikh Mkhitaryan was forced to watch the game against Everton on the sidelines owing to injury during the Europa League fixture against Vorskla.
Long-term absentee Ainsley Maitland-Niles is improving well from the injury and is expected to return to training in the first week of October.
