Chelsea's fine list under Frank Lampard shows disciplinary measures taken by him

Chelsea’s fine list under the new Chelsea manager Frank Lampard shows how much he wants his squad to remain disciplined under him.

Frank Lampard has done a marvellous job so far at the Stamford Bridge as under his charge Chelsea is at 3rd position in the league, below Liverpool by 8 points and Leicester City on goal difference.

But contrary to the performances by the Blues, many underestimated them and regarded the West London club to end below top-6 in the league amidst the transfer ban and departure of Eden Hazard.

Many even had doubts over Lampard’s managerial capabilities and drawn him off the contest and predicted him to be sacked first in the season but in the end, the Blues managed to prove everyone wrong.

In a recent revelation, Chelsea’s fine list has surfaced online, and it shows how Lampard is able to control the dressing room which is making him gain the most amount of productivity.

Some of the fines range from £1,000 for being late to the gym and taking or making a phone call during a team meal. One that catches the eye is £500 for every minute that a Chelsea player is late to a team meeting.

The most expensive fine on the list is a huge £20,000 fine for players who are late for training. Others on the list include failing to turn up to community events as well as not travelling back on the team bus which is both £5000 respectively.

The fines are also doubled if Chelsea’s players fail to pay the original sum within 14 days. Further, fines are also imposed for not meeting body compositions.

With many youth players also kicking in the team, Lampard is probably finding it easy to maintain discipline in the club which is being seen on the pitch in the last few matches.
