Christian Falk Shuts Down Rumours Of Kingsley Coman Replacing Christian Pulisic
The Bayern Munich player has been heavily linked to the Premier League side
After a solid debut season for Chelsea, Christian Pulisic was widely envisaged to spearhead Chelsea’s attack in the 2020-21 season. However, far from tearing the pitch up for the club, he’s failed to find substantial time on the pitch come his second term at the Premier League side.
His persistent injuries coupled with his listless performances on the pitch have seen Pulisic be left on the periphery of Chelsea’s attack. While he did manage to feature in the club’s playing 11 against Leeds United, Pulisic once again failed to justify the faith earmarked in him.
And with Tuchel hardly convinced by the USMNT starlet, news has been rife of the American departing the club come the end of the season. Manifold reports have gone onto state that Pulisic is growing increasingly discontent with his role at the club, angst which is prompting him to switch to greener pastures.
With Juventus, Liverpool and Manchester United all said to be avid admirers of the player, Pulisic certainly won’t be short of options if he does decide to depart Chelsea. Chelsea were said to be already readying for his departure as well with Bayern Munich’s Kinglsey Coman said to be on the club’s radar.
Chelsea Not Interested In Coman
However, Christian Falk, a name who is well akin with issues regarding the Bundesliga has now gone onto shut down all such reports. Falk took to Twitter to affirm that Pulisic was committed to Chelsea as ever and there were no talks of a potential swap with Coman.

Fabrizio Romano also took to the platform to assert that Pulisic’s only objective was performing for Chelsea at the moment.
“Christian Pulisic has always been respectful with Chelsea – great professional. There’s interest from top clubs in case he’ll leave, normal for this kind of talent. But Pulisic is still fighting for Chelsea… and nothing will be decided before June,” Romano wrote.
Chelsea will meanwhile be wishing that Pulisic can once again find his touch and emerge as the enterprising player he has shown to be for the club.
