Solidarity Cup, better known as 3 Team Cricket, will be played tomorrow at the SuperSport Park in Centurion. Originally scheduled to be played on June 27, the one-off match will be played after a three-week postponement.
In what will be a first-ever attempt, three teams comprising of international cricketers competing in one match will sure be intriguing and innovating for fans all over the world. With fans deprived of white-ball game for more than four months now, expect them to follow this novel format with zeal.
3TC (3 Team Cricket) will witness a 36-over match divided into two innings of 18 overs each. Each team will bat for six overs in an innings and face both the teams across as many innings. As is the general rule in cricket, the team which scores more runs will be declared as the winners.

The exhibition match is aimed at raising money for THE HARDSHIP FUND, a Cricket South Africa initiative to help all those from the cricket community who are enduring hardship due to the coronavirus pandemic.
3 Team Cricket South Africa Broadcast Channel and Live Streaming in India
Star Network will broadcast the live streaming of the one-off match 3TC match between Kingfishers, Kites and Eagles in India. The match will be telecast on Star’s numerous channels namely Star Sports 1/1HD/2/2HD/3/1 Hindi/1HD Hindi/First.
Online users can stream the match on Star’s streaming application named Disney+Hotstar. Unlike international matches before the COVID-19 outbreak, Solidarity Cup is highly unlikely to be telecast live on Doordarshan’s sports channel (DD National or DD Sports).
