GT vs CSK Head To Head: Gujarat vs Chennai Head to Head Record in IPL History

Defending champions Gujarat Titans had won both their matches against Chennai Super Kings in Indian Premier League 2022. In what was their maiden season, Titans had done exceedingly well on the back of not only lifting the silverware but also managing to defeat one of the most successful teams in the history of the IPL twice.

With these two teams all in readiness of participating in the season opener of the 16th season of the IPL at the Narendra Modi Stadium tonight, it will be their first clash against one another at this venue. Readers must note that both the matches between them were played in Mumbai last year.

Barring South Africa batter David Miller, all other top performers from GT vs CSK Head To Head records will be playing IPL 2023 Match 1 in Ahmedabad.

While it would be quite an achievement for Titans to win their third consecutive match against this particular opposition, Super Kings would be desirous of defeating them for the first time. With the 15th season of the IPL only the second time when they hadn’t qualified for the playoffs, captain Mahendra Singh Dhoni and his men would be wanting to set the ball rolling with a victory in an away match on a Friday night.
