India wicket-keeper batter KL Rahul is from Bengaluru but lives in Mumbai currently. Much like his former captain Virat Kohli, Rahul has also shifted base to the financial capital of the country. It is worth noting that Rahul owns an apartment in Bengaluru but lives in a rented one in Mumbai.

Ahead of his marriage earlier this year, Rahul had moved into a posh house in Mumbai with actor-wife Athiya Shetty. The exact details about when the couple shifted into this apartment are not known, but it was sometime in 2022 only. For the unversed, the lovely couple dated for a good amount of time before deciding to tie the knot with each other.

Rahul and Shetty live in a 4-BHK apartment on Mumbai’s upmarket area named Carter Road. The flat is situated on the eighth floor and has a great view of Arabian Sea from the balcony. There has not been much information about the interiors of the house, but it is expected to be a luxurious one considering the price and the location.
The building has all the features like a swimming pool, gym, spa, mini theatre, sports courts, etc. The monthly rent of the apartment is said to be as high as INR 10 lakh. Carter Road is one of the most premium localities of the city where the average price per square feet for residential properties is said to be around Rs 65,000.
According to a report in The Times of India, both of them will live in this rented apartment till the time their new house is under construction. Rahul and Athiya have reportedly bought a full ninth floor in the Pali Hill area of Mumbai. Athiya’s mother, Mana Shetty, wife of actor Suniel Shetty, is said to be designing the new home for her daughter and son-in-law.

Originally from Mangalore, Rahul and his family shifted to Bengaluru later on. Rahul, who plays for Karnataka in domestic cricket, owns a flat in Bengaluru at the Binny Crescent apartment which is located in Benson Town. The price of the property is around INR 65 lakh as per multiple reports.
Rahul has posted quite a few pictures on Instagram of his Bengaluru house. The balcony seems to be his favourite part of the house where he has set up a small gym to take care of his fitness. His famous pet dog, Simba, also lives in the same property.
The interiors of the house look quite simple but elegant. There is a lush green view from the balcony as it is located in one of the most peaceful areas of North Bengaluru. The overall vibe of this apartment appears to be quite calming and relaxing.
