Pakistan vs South Africa 1st Test Live Telecast Channel: The SportsRush presents before you the timing and live streaming details of the first PAK vs SA Test.

The first Test of the imminent South Africa’s tour of Pakistan will commence from tomorrow at the National Stadium in Karachi. The two-match Test series will resume Test cricket in Pakistan after the COVID-19 pandemic.

The last time when these two nations had faced each other in Test cricket was in 2019 when South Africa had whitewashed Pakistan 3-0 at home.

As far as South Africa’s last Test in Pakistan is concerned, it had come way back in 2007 when South Africa had registered a 1-0 victory under the then captain and current Director of Cricket (at Cricket South Africa) Graeme Smith.

In the 26 Tests that Pakistan and South Africa have played against each other, South Africa have won 15 as compared to Pakistan’s four victories till date.

In a refreshing development for the Indian fans, international cricket played in Pakistan will be televised by Sony Network as they have signed a three-year deal with Pakistan Cricket Board which also includes the rights of the Pakistan Super League.

“Sony Pictures Networks India (SPN) has acquired the broadcast rights of the Pakistan Cricket Board for a tenure of three years. SPN will air all of Pakistan’s home international games along with the Pakistan Super League. With the acquisition of PCB rights, Sony Pictures Networks India has broadcast rights to a total of five international cricket boards,” Rajesh Kaul, Chief Revenue Officer, Distribution and Head – Sports Business, Sony Pictures Network India, said in a statement.

The first Test between Pakistan and South Africa will be televised on Sony TEN 2 and Sony TEN 2 HD in India. The match will only be available in English commentary.

Online users can stream the match on Sony’s streaming application named Sony LIV. It is worth mentioning that the match can also be watched on Airtel Xstream app as Sony Network’s channels are available on this platform as well.

As far as the fans in Pakistan are concerned, they will be able to watch the Karachi Test on their televisions by tuning in to Pakistan TV (PTV). South African fans, on the other hand, will be able to watch South Africa’s tour of Pakistan 2021 on SuperSport.

Date – 26/01/2021 (Tuesday) – 30/01/2021 (Saturday).

Match start Time – 07:00 AM (SAST), 10:00 AM (PKT) and 10:30 AM (IST).

TV Channel – Sony TEN 2 and Sony TEN 2 HD (India), PTV (Pakistan) and SuperSport (South Africa).

Online platform – Sony LIV and Airtel Xstream app (India).
