Shikhar Dhawan Son Name: How Many Children does Punjab Kings' captain have?

In what had arrived as an unpleasant surprise for his fans a couple of years ago, team India and Punjab Kings opening batter in the Indian Premier League, Shikhar Dhawan, has been standing at the crossroads of a failed marriage.

In September 2021, his wife Ayesha Mukherjee had taken to her social media handle announcing her divorce with Dhawan, eight years after having entered the wedlock in October 2012.

Ayesha, who had earlier already divorced her ex-husband – an Australian businessman, opened up post going through another similar, agonizing process all over again while also exclaiming how it was all terrifying and scary the first time around.

While all the past memories flashed before her eyes yet again, a rather level-headed Ayesha perhaps was in a better state of mind a couple of years ago, and did not treat divorce as some ‘dirty word’.

Two years into their marriage, Ayesha and Shikhar had given birth to a baby boy in December 2014, whom they would later go on to name Zoravar Dhawan. Eight-year-old Zoravar is the couple’s only biological child till date.

However, Shikhar also apparently shares a lovely bond with Ayesha’s two daughters from her previous marriage – Aliyah and Rhea.

In fact, on the occasion of Daughter’s day in the year 2019, Shikhar had even shared a collage of his pictures with his daughters, wishing them on the auspicious day. A year earlier, he had also wished Aliyah on her birthday via an adorable video of the two dancing together.

With Ayesha being as many as 12 years elder than Shikhar, their elder daughter Aliyah is mere 15 years younger than the Southpaw batter.

With the couple now officially separated, all the three children now stay together with their mother.
