TNPL 2021 Live Telecast Channel: The SportsRush presents before you the timing and live streaming details of TNPL 2021.

The fifth season of Tamil Nadu Premier League is all set to begin after two years in Chennai from today. Played on an annual basis since 2016, TNCA (Tamil Nadu Cricket Association) couldn’t organize the competition last due to the outbreak of COVID-19 across the world.

In the official release, TNCA had revealed having eyes on a November 2020 or March 2021 slot to conduct the tournament but it wasn’t to be due to the global pandemic.

Having said that, the imminent season will once again provide ample opportunities to cricketers from Tamil Nadu for there is no hiding to the fact that a lot of Indian Premier League scouts have eyes on the tournament.

The first match of TNPL 2021 will be played between Lyca Kovai Kings (led by Shahrukh Khan) and Salem Spartans (led by Daryl Ferrario) at the MA Chidambaram Stadium. Starting from this weekend, the tournament will also have double-headers until the last league match on August 8.

TNPL 2021 Live Telecast Channel in India

Star Network will broadcast the live streaming of the fifth season of Tamil Nadu Premier League in India. The 26-day tournament will be telecast on Star Sports 2/2HD and Star Sports 1 Tamil.

Readers must note that the commentary for TNPL 2021 will be available in only two languages namely English (Star Sports 2/2HD) and Tamil (Star Sports 1 Tamil).

Online users can stream the match on Star’s streaming application named Disney+Hotstar. It is worth mentioning that the match is unlikely to be available on any other streaming platform in India.

Date – 19/07/2021 (Monday) – 15/08/2021 (Sunday).

Match start Time – 03:30 PM and 07:30 PM (IST).

TV Channel – Star Sports 2/2HD and Star Sports 1 Tamil.

Online platform – Disney+Hotstar (India).
