The World Test Championship is not so far away, and the teams are trying to stay in the top 2 of the table in order to reach the final to be played at the Oval Stadium in London next year. A lot of teams are playing test cricket at the moment, and the table is turning after each and every match.

The format of the tournament was changed for this cycle as every match has an equal amount of points and standings are decided on the basis of the percentage of total points. England completed a white-wash over Pakistan by winning the Karachi test, and they have hampered Pakistan’s chances as well now.

New Zealand won the last World Test Championship, and they have struggled a lot in this cycle, and there are no chances left for them to qualify. The test series between Australia and South Africa is very crucial, whereas the 2nd test between India and Bangladesh is also very important for the Indian side.
