Cristiano Ronaldo, the second highest paid athlete in the world (according to Forbes) has bought a new holiday pad in Marbella Spain according to the Sun. This stunning luxury pad cost him £1.3 million and is set to make him neighbours with UFC superstar Connor McGregor.

The beautiful hi-tech villa is located on the exclusive development called ‘The Heights’ set on the La Resina golf and country club estate in Marbella, which has become dubbed ‘The Superstars Cul De Sac’. The beautiful mansion boasts of LED driveways, private gyms, cinema rooms and infinity pools. It is set by a golf course and has views of the Mediterranean. It also has high ceilings and floating staircases.
Ronaldo is worth a staggering £365million and is said to have signed a lifetime contract with Nike worth an estimated £800million. With this purchase, the Juventus star will add to his vast £27million property empire.
