Cristiano Ronaldo Penalty Miss vs AC Milan: Juventus star makes a massive blunder in the semi-final match against AC Milan in Coppa Italia.

After almost three months of suspension, Italian football is back as Juventus faced AC Milan in the semi-final encounter of the Copa Italia match, and the contest took an intense turn in the initial moments of the game.

The game was so nervy that Juventus received a penalty in the 15th minute of the game, when Cristiano Ronaldo tried to bring down the ball and it hit Andrea Conti’s hand.

Juventus’ players appealed for a penalty and the referee resorted to referred to judge through VAR and it was found out that Conti was guilty of a handball.

At that moment it seemed that Juventus will take a lead with Ronaldo in the scene waiting to take the spot-kick. But things surprisingly didn’t turn out as expected.

As the Portuguese International missed the penalty by hitting the post, a rare sight to witness, Gianluigi Donnarumma lucked by the goal-post managed to not see the ball inside the net and he instantly prepared himself to save any potential rebound.

However, the ball was instantly cleared by Ac Milan’s defence and it almost reached the half-line, when in a tussle, Ante Rebic kungfu kicked Danilo.

The referee spotted it clearly and instantly gave the marching orders to Rebic and the Croatian International left the pitch in disappointment, but still, Juventus hasn’t been able to take advantage of the situation.

Donnarumma has been impressive so far and preventing all the shots reaching the net, although Juventus still seem the favourites and are managing to have an upper hand.

With many more minutes to go, the outcome of the match is awaited, as both the rivals are in an intense contest.
