But the game mainly revolves around freedom to choose, and every player can choose differently. These choices include romance options as well, and your character (male or female) can choose to have relationships, long or short. When it comes to romance, the developers of Cyberpunk 2077 are making efforts to make it more interesting than any other RPG game until now.

List of romance options in Cyberpunk 2077
In Cyberpunk 2077, who you can romance and have a relationship with entirely depends on whether you are playing the male V or the female V. There are some clear choices and options which will make certain characters come towards V while certain options will prevent it. There are a few characters with their own side-missions in case your relationship should kick off.

Romance options for Female V
- Judy Alvarez: At the end of Pyramid Song mission, you will be able to choose to make things physical between Judy and you. The next morning, when she asks how you felt about last night, respond with “The beginning of something amazing” to start a longer-term relationship with Judy.
- River Ward
Romance options for Male V
- Panam Palmer: You will first meet Panam in Act 2, and the main quest is called Ghost Town. This is fairly straightforward. From there, you have to always side with her. Pick every “Touch” option you can along the way, and don’t worry if you get nothing during the Riders On The Storm quest. In the Queen Of The Highway side job, you’ll have the option to kiss her.

Romance Options for both male and female V
- Meredith Stout: With Meredith, its only a one-nigh stand. After The Pickup quest is completed, she’ll send you a text, to which you should respond, “Shame. Was starting to like you…”. She’ll offer a meeting place. Tell her “I’ll be there.” Then go to the location, and you’ll be treated with a sex scene with Meredith.
Every other romance option is just a one-night stand. These are the choices with side quests and missions. You never know, once the DLC drops, we may even get some more options in the future.
