Daniel James nearly takes out Jose Mourinho on the sidelines after going down from a challenge from Harry Winks during Man Utd vs Tottenham.
Jose Mourinho is making his first appearance at the Old Trafford since his sacking late last year. After looking to help them succeed in the Premier League for close to 3 years, he has returned with a new team and will hope to take all 3 points on the table tonight.

Manchester United have started the match very well and have already taken the lead in the 6th minute of the match itself. Marcus Rashford drove the ball from an inside-left position to the near post. Paulo Gazanigga made a mess of the ball to concede the opener.
Within 7 minutes of the match though, the game was delayed after Daniel James was sent flying off the side of the pitch by a scything tackle from Harry Winks. James almost took out Jose Mourinho with him as his head crashed onto the Portuguese’s knee on his way down.

Harry Winks was given a yellow for the dangerous sliding tackle on the young United winger. James has been checked over and is fine to continue.
Manchester United have come with a vengeance. Almost everyone is performing out of their skins, including the hugely inconsistent Jesse Lingard, who’s brilliant work at stretching Tottenham’s defence during the build up allowed Rashford to score the opener.
At the moment of writing, United lead by a goal with 30 minutes on the clock. Should United win this match and Wolverhampton fail to win their match, the Red Devils will propel themselves to 5th place. However, if Wolves win their match, United will be 6th place on the table. A loss on the other hand will take Tottenham to 8th place.
