“Did you see my assist?”: Bruno Fernandes Goes Ecstatic Over His Assist For Rashford’s Goal: The Manchester United midfielder was left smitten with his own assist against Leicester City
Scoring and assisting for Manchester United against Leicester City, Bruno Fernandes once again came up with the goods when it mattered. The midfielder pulled off another electric display in the Premier League with his contributions seeing Manchester United take the lead on two different occasions in the outing.
While his performance was not enough to take his club to the three points on the day with Leicester City hitting back to salvage a 2-2 draw, Bruno Fernandes was hailed for running the show for his club. And it weren’t just the viewers who waxed lyrical in his praise but Fernandes decided to get in on the act as well.

The moment was made all the funnier by Fred’s retort to Fernandes. Joining in the celebrations, Fred went onto tell Fernandes that he found his poked assist to be shit in Portuguese.
Fernandes now has accrued 10 goals and 5 assists this season with the midfielder recently talking about how he wanted to amass more goal contributions than the number of matches he appeared in.
:I think, as I’ve said before, it’s easy when you play in a team like Manchester because there are so many good players around you.
“They help you to be better and I am here to help them be better. So I think, of course, numbers are really good but it is now that I need to start to improve.
“It will be more difficult from now and I mean difficult day-by-day and game-by-game because the players will know me better.
“Of course, I am really happy to have these numbers and, obviously, it is not easy to get to this point with these numbers but I want to do better and better, more and more.
“I want to finish the Premier League this season with more goals and assists than games. That would be good,” Fernandes said.
