Recently, Indonesian player 23savage became the first to achieve the 12,000 MMR milestone. The SEA region is also notoriously known for having a toxic community. So, rising through the ranks in the region is also difficult.

Recently, Daryl Koh “iceiceice” Pei Xiang, the Singaporean Dota 2 player created a tier-list of the best SEA players from Position 1-5. Iceiceice is currently part of the NA Evil Geniuses squad, where he plays the off-lane or Carry role. Soon after learning about this tier-list, a Reddit user by the name u/Brucenna posted the list of Reddit, and the discussions on the thread seem to be never-ending.

It is no surprise that 23savage tops the list of carry players in the SEA region. After all, he only recently hit the 12,000 MMR mark. He is followed by Gabbi, Raven & Dreamocel.
