Emmanuel Dennis goal Vs Real Madrid: Watch Thibaut Courtois make a blunder against Brugge

Emmanuel Dennis goal Vs Real Madrid: Watch Thibaut Courtois make a blunder to make it 1-0 against Brugge in the Champions League.

Real Madrid’s miseries in the Champions League continue after Brugge has scored a goal against Los Blancos to make it 1-0 in less than 10 minutes into the game.

It was a horrific blunder by Thibaut Courtois, as the Belgian International lets the ball crept in a very reckless manner. This goal can prove a major upset in this edition of the tournament.

Eduard Sobol released the ball to Percy Tau down on the left flank, over where ample space was provided for the South African. Then  Tau holds his composure to pick out Emmanuel Dennis.

Dennis was caught onside as he latches on Tau’s low cross from the left flank. Although, he did not control it well, but fortunately for the forward it works for him.

His miscontrol, wrong foots Courtois in front of the goal, and the ball creeps past the Belgian International and goes inside the net to make it 1-0.

An absolutely embarrassing moment for Courtois, who have been the victim of massive criticism by Real Madrid fans for several leakage of goals and high profile errors in the past.

Real Madrid had a rough start to the season, and Brugge seemed as their easiest challenge in their group. However, Los Merengues are now trailing against the same side.

If the score is maintained then it will be the second defeat to Real Madrid in last two games in the Champions League this season. First came against PSG, who defeated them by 3-0 in the previous group stage round.

On the other hand, it would be a big achievement for Brugge, as they were deemed as a huge underdog before the kick-off, and this could be the historic night in club’s history.
