Euro 2016 Hungary vs Portugal- Preview, Head to Head and Predicted Lineups
Fixture: Euro 2016 Hungary vs Portugal
Venue: Parc OL
Time: 9:30 P.M. IST

Portugal have been off colour in this tournament and that is largely because of Cristiano Ronaldo cutting a frustrating figure upfront. He has missed a hoard of chances and was unable to convert a penalty in the last game as well, hitting the post and breaking a million Portuguese hearts.
A victory today, though, would cement their place at the top of the group and will help them avoid England in the round of 16.
Hungary have been the surprise package of the tournament, upsetting Austria in the first game of the tournament, a team that was pipped to be the one to watch out for.
Hungary are assured of qualification, despite what happens in tonight’s game and should secure a top 2 spot even if they draw with Portugal. A victory though, will ensure top spot for them.
If Hungary can keep Cristiano Ronaldo frustrated, they could easily secure a point from this game, something that will help them avoid a few of the giants of Europe in the round of 16.

Portugal will be looking to draft Eder into the starting XI, so as to provide Cristiano Ronaldo with a proper striker to play with.

Ronaldo would be aiming to break the shackles with a sublime performance tonight. But the Hungarians can be very compact and solid behind the ball and won’t give him too much time or space to work with.
You can expect waves of Portugal attacks tonight. But the question is, can they convert a few of those chances? We’ll have to wait and see!
