After Rumors of Liking Fernando Alonso’s Girlfriend, Carlos Sainz Finds New Love With Scottish Supermodel Visiting His House in Italy

Earlier this week, rumors of Carlos Sainz being interested in pursuing Fernando Alonso’s girlfriend Melissa Jimenez started emerging. Now, fans are speculating that Sainz has found new love with Scottish supermodel Rebecca Donaldson seemingly paying him a visit to his house in Italy.

Sainz’s personal life has been under the spotlight of the media ever since he broke up with Isa Hernandez. The two of them were secretive about their relationship but were together for almost seven years. Unfortunately, their time together came to an ugly end after Sainz allegedly cheated on her.

As always, any woman Sainz has been seen with since his break up, has stirred up new dating rumors involving the Ferrari star. Recently, Spanish media outlet 20Minutos claimed that the 28-year-old upset his racing idol Fernando Alonso after a journalist revealed that Sainz was romantically interested in Jimenez. Now, he is being liked with Scottish supermodel Rebecca Donaldson, as per all_F1gossip on Instagram.

Donaldson and Sainz have reportedly been spending time with each other. They were seen leaving a party together after the Monaco Grand Prix earlier this year. However, an Instagram story posted by the 28-year-old shows that she was close than ever to where Sainz was.

As per the Instagram post by all_F1gossip, Donaldson shared a picture of herself enjoying a cup of coffee in a small town in Italy. While connecting just this one picture to Sainz seems ridiculous to some extent, a fan recognized the background and deciphered that the place she was at was Sassuolo.

In 2021, Italian publication La Republica reported that Sainz found a home for himself in Sassuolo, where he lived alone. Considering Sainz’s recent links to Donaldson, the chances of the latter just being in the area out of pure coincidence seems slim.

However, as always, jumping into concrete conclusions without any official word or concrete proof just isn’t possible.

Sainz’s season turbulent: both on and off the F1 track

Outside the world of F1, Sainz’s personal life has taken a bit of a hit which started with his break up with long time partner Isa Hernandez. The Madrid-born driver usually prefers to keep his romantic life a secret, but he has been linked with several women since his break up.

Back in F1, Sainz isn’t faring much better. While he has been relatively consistent in terms of results, the Ferrari SF-23 hasn’t been too kind to his needs. So far, he hasn’t earned a single podium finish. At his home race in Spain, he started P2, but his car’s inferior pace saw him drop down to P5.

At the upcoming Canadian GP, Carlos Sainz will be hoping to bounce back strongly, as he hopes to stand on the podium for the first time in 2023.
