The cheapest way to watch F1 in the UK: What's the cost of Sky Sports F1 in 2021

The cheapest way to watch f1 in the UK: Sky Sports has the official broadcasting rights for Formula 1 in the United Kingdom.

The new season of Formula 1 is back, and the first Grand Prix of the season is set to kick off in Bahrain this weekend. This will be Sky’s 10th season covering F1 for the fans in the UK.

In the initial six years, the pay-TV broadcaster aired half of the races exclusively live, with the other half also airing live on free-to-air television.

Only in 2019, they started to broadcast F1 exclusively for the fans in the UK. The SkySports has incredible in-depth coverage of the F1 weekend, which gives an immersive experience to the fans as it takes them through the paddock.

How much will it cost to watch F1 every month in the UK?

The Sky subscription of F1 is not a standalone deal; rather, it is a package of channels that might cost you at least £43 a month to watch the Grand Prix weekends.

In the deal, the SkyTv is a mandatory pickup, a collection of 100 channels that will cost you £24. From here on, if you wish to watch F1, you have to include the SkySports package, which is a £22 deal, providing access to all SkySports content- Premier League, F1 and Cricket.

But after adding this package, the website will enforce an automatic discount and reduce the sum to £43. Apart from this, there are options to upgrade the channels to HD and also buy a Netflix or Disney+ subscription.

Meanwhile, the Sky website mentions that if you have bought a TV service, it would automatically allow you access through your content via the SkyGo app. Thus, not limiting you to your television.
