The Pitstop Boys have done it yet again. After breaking charts with the Super Max anthem, the duo went on to compose a song for Lando Norris. Now, in anticipation of Fernando Alonso claiming victory number 33, the iconic artists have prepared for the celebrations.

Red Bull has often played Super Max during their after parties, circuits boom the song from their speakers. Now, in a time where Alonso is basking in the spotlight, they have gifted the world the perfect tune to celebrate that much-awaited win.

Titled Vamos Fernando! the bop is available on all major streaming sites. Surely, over the course of the Spanish GP weekend, a time when the love for the country’s champion is at an all-time high, grandstands will be singing and dancing along to this upbeat masterpiece.

In fact, the judges on Twitter have already given their stamp of approval to the new song. Already picking pace on the social media platform, the song is bound to go viral in a matter of time.

Not Alonso’s first tribute

Over the course of his legendary career, surely there can’t be just one song to encapsulate the wonder that is Fernando Alonso. Thus, the pitstop boys are a little late to the game.

Back in 2009, Asturian artist Melendi composed the song ‘El Nano’ for his hometown hero. In an ode to Alonso’s time in Renault, the artist claimed that Alonso was immortal; looking at the way he performs today, at 41 years of age, he might just be.

The chorus puts Alonso above all the sport’s greats: ” I don’t want Barrichello, Schumacher, nor the Button. Because it is the Nano… Magic Alonso!”

Its no doubt Alonso leaves an impression on whoever witnesses his on-track glory. Difficult to hate the driver, clearly every generation of fans, both old and new, cheer on the Spanish Samurai.
