Before the serious action began in Miami, the ‘Fast and Furious’ beauty Michelle Rodriguez rode with McLaren driver Lando Norris around the track. In a sizzling red McLaren, the two were ready for the engine to roar with Norris on the wheel. But Rodriguez took a subtle dig at the young F1 star by indirectly calling him a kid.
When the duo completed their ride on the track, Rodriguez was asked about how she felt going full throttle around the track. While complimenting Norris, she ends up embarrassing him for something over which he doesn’t have control and, in fact, only says that he is too successful for his age, as he is worth $25 million.
“I was blaming on the fact that he doesn’t have his prefrontal cortex fully grown yet. So that’s why he gave me the best ride ever,” said Rodriguez on F1’s video.

By that statement, Rodriguez probably meant that since Norris is still young and reckless and biologically still growing, he was bolder with his driving. A user named gabriele_foti22 even replied to the post, “She just called Lando a kid.”
Lando Norris scares Fast and Furious star
Right before Norris drove the sports car, he told the Hollywood celeb that he usually feels more scared of such ‘sportscars’ than his F1 car, which is much faster. Rodriguez was clearly terrified and begged Norris not to scare her.
Gladly, Norris finished the ride safely, and Rodriguez pointed out that she almost peed her pants. But at the same time, she praised Norris for being ‘too awesome’.
Overall, the adrenaline rush was fun for Rodriguez, as she claimed to have a blast. While her reel life character could have outclassed Norris, her real self could only be at the mercy of the Briton.
Miami Grand Prix full of celebs
The fast and furious star wasn’t the only one on the paddock this weekend. Her co-actor Vin Diesel was also in the paddock. Whereas, yet again, innumerable celebrities attended the F1 party over the weekend.
Patrick Mahomes, Roger Federer, and several other sporting celebrities were on the paddock. On Sunday especially, there were more guests in the vicinity.

The star power on the track only tells about the recent expansion of the sport across America. Also, it justifies their investment across the Atlantic.
