Considering Hamilton is engaged in one of the most physically crushing sports, he has to treat his body like a temple. And coming to his skincare, the seven-time F1 champion is very particular about his routine.
“I have the whole ritual in the morning of cleaning my skin, moisturising before I go to bed. Naturally, I’m training up to twice a day, so I’m having to do that multiple days a day,” said Hamilton to ESPN.

Apart from using products, Hamilton is also cautious about what he eats to keep up with his good skin. He reveals to have good skin; he eats a lot of greens and drinks protein shakes in between.
He also points out the importance of keeping himself hydrated. Hamilton claims that he drinks almost four liters of water every day. The Mercedes star even remarks that even if he weren’t an athlete, he would have still kept up with the similar approach of drinking so much water.
Well, the routine Hamilton has shared isn’t tough at all and can be shared by anyone. So, it won’t be difficult for his fans to pick up on his skincare habits.
