Other F1 drivers have actresses, models or in some cases architects as their girlfriends, but the same is not true for Alex Albon.
Albon is dating Lily Muni He, who is also a professional golfer and is a pro on the US-based LPGA tour since 2019.
It is said that Lily became a fan after watching Netflix’s Drive to Survive and she followed all the drivers after that, including Albon. The duo then met in LA and has been dating since 2019. It looks like Netflix played cupid in their love story.
Although in 2022, the duo became part of an online banter at the United States Grand Prix.
Alex Albon gets defeated by his girlfriend
Last year, at the United States Grand Prix, the drivers got involved in a tiny golf contest. Lily who was accompanying Albon for the racing weekend, participated in the tiny golf contest as well.
Being a professional golfer, Lily crushed her competition and made her boyfriend jealous as he lost against her on the paddock.
Later, Albon posted on Instagram saying can someone tell me why we’re playing Lily’s sport in my paddock?
Lily, in return, reshared Albon’s post saying that this is officially the last time he’ll bring me to a race.
“It’s nice to see her get into her zone and see how she does her thing.” @F1 driver and Muni He’s boyfriend, @alex_albon, is out at the @KPMGWomensPGA supporting his girlfriend. 👏

Lewis Hamilton joked about Albon’s hair
A lot of notable incidents took place during the 2022 United States Grand Prix. One of them included Mercedes star Lewis Hamilton joking about Albon’s hair.
During the press conference, the Williams driver was questioned about his blonde hair colour. After which Hamilton cheekily asked, “Are you blonde everywhere?”
To which, Albon shockingly said, “Blonde everywhere.” He had not understood the intention behind Hamilton’s joke. Although, he soon realised it and jokingly showed him his whole head covered in blonde hair.
Heading into the 2023 season, Albon will be joined by Logan Sargeant who is replacing Nicholas Latifi.
