"It will get discussed in the future"– Lewis Hamilton simulator run would be discussed by teams after monstrous Friday

“It will get discussed in the future”– Lewis Hamilton’s perfect run in the qualifying is leading everyone to peek in his simulator data.

Lewis Hamilton, after many days, looked at the top of the grid as he bagged the P1 in the qualifying round on Friday night, which will allow him to lead the grid in the sprint race on Saturday.

It has been reported that Hamilton lately been practising on the simulator, which he resented for so long. But this result by him will compel other teams to discuss his simulator run.

“It is one race in the year, and for sure somebody will make a meal out of it, so let’s wait what is coming out of it,” said Gunther Steiner. “But I don’t know how much advantage you can get in the morning to go in the sim, not having been on track before.”

“But for sure it will get discussed in the future this thing.”

Haas will play it safe.

The Haas duo of Nikita Mazepin and Mick Schumacher will be starting from the back of the grid on Saturday. However, they still have a chance to elevate their prospects for Sunday by finishing 2-3 positions above, but Steiner says his team will play safe.

“If you say we are where we are, and then you say to take risks as well, where do you want to go?” questioned Steiner. “Because even if we take risks, if nothing happens, there will not be a big change to a normal race.

“So I think we need to wait for more for an opportunity that somebody else takes a risk towards the front and there are some issues, and we move up in the ranking via that one.

“I don’t think that taking risks by the performance of the car we have got that. That will not work out. I hope the other ones take a lot of risks.”
