The Mercedes star doesn’t have celebrity friends, which was the case in Miami as he was spotted with famous faces during the Grand Prix weekend. However, the seven-time world champion meeting up with Shakira more than once during the weekend has fueled the relationship rumors about them.

The entire story about Hamilton and Shakira picked up pace when the believed couple was spotted relaxing on Biscayne Bay on a Yacht. Hamilton picked up the songstress from her waterside Miami mansion onto a luxury Yacht after the Miami Grand Prix.

However, according to TMZ Sports, that wasn’t the only meeting between the couple. Shakira apparently met up with Hamilton at Cipriani Restaurant after the Miami GP. The infamous news outlet has also claimed that the singer visited Hamilton’s house in Florida.

Amidst all of the rumors, a video of Lewis Hamilton, with a Shakira song playing in the background, has surfaced. The video was posted on Tik Tok by Mercedes.

Mercedes team fuels rumors about Hamilton and Shakira

The Tiktok posted by the Silver Arrows shows Lewis Hamilton walking through the pit lane in his Mercedes overalls. In the background, Shakira’s hit song ‘Whenever, wherever’ is playing.

This has riled up Hamilton fans, as can be expected. However, it is a mystery if it was posted to rile up the fans or if the Brackley-based outfit is just trying to ride the wave of a new Tiktok trend. The song has been trending on Tiktok for quite some time now.

Fernando Alonso also had a similar Tik tok rumor

Lewis Hamilton is not the only Formula 1 driver who has sent fans into a frenzy with a Tiktok video. A very similar thing happened with Fernando Alonso when a rumor spread that the 41-year-old Spaniard was dating Taylor Swift.

After the rumors were generated by the Instagram page Deuxmoi, Alonso uploaded a cheeky Tik Tok video of him looking into his phone. A Taylor Swift song – Karma, played in the background. He also captioned it ‘Race Week Era’, which clearly references The Eras Tour of Taylor Swift.
