Neymar Jr Gives a Straightforward ‘F*** U’ to Lewis Hamilton After Getting Ignored at the Monaco GP

Neymar Jr does not seem to have taken Lewis Hamilton’s apology too kindly for brutally snubbing him at last weekend’s Monaco Grand Prix. Within an hour of Hamilton apologizing, the Brazilian footballer replied to the Briton with an instant “f*** you“.

The hilarious moment between the two has gone viral across all of social media. It is perhaps this reason also why Hamilton realized what had transpired at the Monaco GP. On realizing his mistake, the Mercedes driver had taken to his social media account and posted, “My bad bro @neymarjr“.

What happened between Neymar Jr and Lewis Hamilton?

As seen in the video below, Neymar Jr was initially giving an interview to a Sky Sports F1 reporter. Immediately when he spotted Lewis Hamilton, the Brazilian attempted to have a small chat with the Briton. Instead of acknowledging the PSG star, the 38-year-old zoomed passed him on his scooty.

While it remains unclear as to whether Hamilton noticed Neymar Jr or not, it is fair to say that this moment has undoubtedly taken the internet by storm. Fans such as Lisa went to the extent of requesting Hamilton to apologize to the Brazilian for “the way he ignored Neymar“.

Neymar Jr snubbed Hamilton as well during the Monaco GP

Instead of choosing to hang out with Lewis Hamilton in the Mercedes garage, Neymar Jr enjoyed his time in the hospitality of arch-rivals Red Bull. The Brazilian was spotted clicking pictures with Red Bull team principal Christian Horner and other celebrities such as Maria Sharapova and Tom Holland.

And to make things extremely confusing to his fans about who he was supporting, Neymar Jr also gave a very strange interview. The PSG star told Sky Sports F1, “I love F1 and above all I love [Lewis] Hamilton, who is a great friend of mine. I will support Red Bull and root for my friend”.
