Nicholas Latifi made his debut with the Williams F1 team in the 2020 season. He stayed with the team up until the end of the 2022 season.
The Canadian driver has been constantly outperformed by his teammates. Therefore, at the end of the 2022 season, Williams chose to sack him and replace him with the F2 graduate Logan Sargeant.
Latifi is not among the most renowned drivers of the F1 but he does have a reputation among fans for making the most bewildering blunders.
But apart from the blunders that brought him a total of 9 points, Latifi comes from a wealthy family. His father, Michael Latifi, even invested around $270 Million in the McLaren group. The F1 driver himself has a net worth of $5 Million as reported by Give Me Sport.

Latifi was signed by the Williams F1 team in the 2020 season. Tthe team renewed his contract every year after his first season until the 2022 season.
He was signed at a salary of $1.2 Million in his first season but in the next two years[2021-2022] his salary was reduced to $1 Million thereafter.
His total career earnings in F1 after 3 seasons summed up to $3.2 Million. In endorsements, Latifi was primarily sponsored by Sofina Foods, which is owned by his father. Another huge sponsor was the Royal Bank of Canada and Lavazza.

Where will Latifi drive in 2023?
After being sacked by the Williams F1 team at the end of the 2022 season, Latifi secured his future with a drive in IndyCar going ahead.
YouTuber David Land reported that Latifi has signed a deal with Chip Ganassi as the team’s fourth driver.
However, the nature of the contract is not very clear as the official confirmation on the specifics is still pending. Though if Latifi does become an IndyCar driver, he will join Romain Grosjean and Marcus Ericsson in making the switch from F1.
