Max Verstappen is arguably the most dominant driver in F1 at the moment and is well-known for being good at other things away from the track. Unfortunately, his typing skills aren’t something that fans consider he is good at after a recent video of his live stream chat bullying him became viral on social media.
Away from F1, Verstappen spends a lot of time on his simulator. Being an avid fan of sim racing, the Red Bull driver prefers to keep his real-life racing skills sharp by spending time in the virtual world. A lot of times, he live-streams for his fans, who love to tune in to watch some quality sim-racing action, as well as some wholesome moments which often involve Kelly Piquet’s daughter Penelope.
During a recent stream, however, fans started to make fun of Verstappen. It wasn’t because of anything he said or did in the game. It was because of the way Verstappen was typing on his keyboard.
Fans make fun of Verstappen’s “t-rex hands”
While streaming, Verstappen turned to his other computer screen and began to type something. The 25-year-old, however, was using just two of his fingers, which some fans found bizarre. As per an Instagram account maxv1stappen, a fan typed “Max typing like a t-rex again” on his chat.
Of course, Verstappen knew he was joking, Still, he responded to the fan by saying, “Hey be nice. Don’t say I’m typing like a t-rex.”

Verstappen didn’t learn from his lesson, and after a few moments, he began typing in the same style once again. This time, more fans joined in on the troll, and “T-rex hands” comments started flooding into Verstappen’s chatroom.
One fan typed, “T-rex Hands Max Verstappen at it again!” Another fan, who found the entire thing hilarious says, “Max typing kills me every time.”
Max Verstappen dominates Monaco GP once again
Back in the world of F1, no one can troll Verstappen for his style and definitely not for his performance. The Red Bull driver took his fourth race win of the season, as he extended his led at the top of the standings following a triumphant victory.
That was very lovely To win it in this way, makes it extra special
A great weekend which we executed really well! An amazing job by everyone in the team @redbullracing pic.twitter.com/NfdVGfpQT2

This was Verstappen’s second win in the Principality with the first one coming in 2021, a race which he dominated. Once again, we saw Verstappen dominate the Monaco GP, although this time, he did it under trickier conditions.
Verstappen is now 39 points clear of teammate Sergio Perez in the championship, and has already began pulling away in what people are expecting to be another one sided championship fight.
