Fan alleges Pakistan Team for having burger, pizza before match day; blames them for team's loss against India at Manchester

Fan alleges Pakistan Team for having burger, pizza a day before the match between India and Pakistan; blames poor fitness for team’s loss

India vs Pakistan– the prime reason for this hyped high-octane clash are the emotional fans of the two nations, who support and love their respective teams, with all their heart and soul.

An ardent Pakistan fan’s video which has been doing rounds on social media provides a testament to the same aforementioned emotions. After the Pakistan Cricket Team were handed an 89-run defeat against India, a fan from Pakistan was seen in a video criticizing the players of the team and not reciprocating the love fans like him have for their cricket team.

He has in fact alleged that the players were having tasty delicacies like Burger, Pizza, and even Ice-creams prior the day of the match. The burgers and the pizzas are the reason (as per him) that his team lost the Sunday clash, making it 7-0 in India’s favour as far as World Cup wins are concerned. He basically vented his emotions and blamed the unfit Pakistan players as the reason for his team’s loss.

Burgers, Pizzas, and disappointment

The fan was exclaiming over the lack of fitness of his team’s players. He in fact, from one of his reliable sources came to the knowledge that the players were having burgers and pizzas or basically did not put their hearts out in for winning an important World Cup match for their country.

Speaking in a mix of Hindi and Punjabi, the fan in particular took a dig at Sarfaraz Ahmed and particularly on the fact that he had yawed akin an alligator a couple of times, during the closing overs of the first innings.

He further exclaimed that, they should be stuffed with ‘Parathas’, to swell up their their already existing fat bellies. “Fans like him are spending their quality time and money to support their national Cricket Team and they are not even concerned about their fitness”, lamented the emotional fan.

He also added that the players did not possess enough sincerity, coupled with the knowledge as to how much calories they should intake as sportspersons,  particularly before the match day.

“They should be employed at the Hico Ice-Cream office”, commented the fan as he also alleged that they were even having sweets apart from burgers and pizzas. Hico is a popular Ice-Cream brand in Pakistan.

“The players played with our emotions”- Fan

The fan could not believe that after being in a strong position at 119/2 the Pakistan batting collapsed and were reduced to 129/5 in no time. He commented that the batsmen played with his emotions and his life as well. As his closing comments, he made sure that Sarfaraz did not go away without facing his heat, and suggested him to take ‘sleeping pills’ if he feels so sleepy during a high pressure World Cup match.
