Barcelona host SD Huesca on Sunday night in the Camp Nou for their third fixture of La Liga Santander. The Catalans boast a 100% record in the league with two wins in two and zero goals conceded. They come into the match on the back of a 1-0 win over Real Valladolid, credit being due to Ousmane Dembele.
The visitors started off life well in La Liga with a 2-1 win over Eibar at the Ipurua Stadium in the first match. They play Athletic Bilbao on Monday night before taking on Barcelona. Alejandro Gallar Falguera has been the scorer of two goals so far for Leo Franco’s team, who will even be happy with one point in Barcelona.
Barcelona will certainly be the favourites to grab the three points in this one, but the result against Eibar and whatever will be against Athletic Bilbao will show the character of SD Huesca. The defending champions of La Liga will come into the match on all guns firing after a poor display in Valladolid last time out.
PREDICTION
As per William Hill, the home team has as high as a 1/25 chance of winning the match with SD Huesca being stuck at a mere 33/1. Boyle Sports has tipped Barcelona and SD Huesca at 1/16 and 33/1 respectively with Betfair providing the odds at 1.06 and 41/1 for the home and away side.

The last time Huesca and Barcelona faced off was four years ago in the Copa del Rey Round of 32. The Catalans were victorious by a 12-1 aggregate score, divided over a 4-0 win away from home and an 8-1 success in the Camp Nou.
My prediction will be for a 4-0 win for Barcelona in this one. The Blaugrana will want to keep the chase on Real Madrid in spite of them being ahead just on goal difference. Moreover, a poor performance last time out will have to be redeemed against the league’s new entrants.
