FIFA 20 best strikers: Who are the best FIFA 20 Premier League strikers for Career Mode? The list of the top 100 rated players released earlier in the evening.

EA Sports’ FIFA 20 game has been very eagerly anticipated by the fans for whom September 24th can’t come quick enough. There have been a lot of new and updated exciting features in the game. However, like any other FIFA game before, it is the players who make the game.

EA dropped the long-awaited list of top 100 rated players in the new game. While it had long been revealed that Lionel Messi topped the list, the rest remained a mystery. With the list now out, one can start planning ahead of what their potential team would look like.

With the Premier League lighting up the way it has in recent times, it is likely that strikers plying their trade in England will be in huge demand. We have therefore compiled a list of the best options available to the players. With that out of the way, here are FIFA 20 best strikers from the Premier League in the game.

Roberto Firmino 86 (62)

Liverpool striker Roberto Firmino has been rated 86 in the game. This puts him at no. 62 in the top 100 rated players and deservedly so. He has been one of the cornerstones of Liverpool’s success in recent years.

Firmino’s creativity, goal scoring and work rate has earned him plaudits with manager Jurgen Klopp hailing him as the “engine” that propels the club’s counter-attacking system. He is the only Brazilian to score 50 premier league goals after he fired one in their last match against Burnley.

Firmino is a very scrappy player. Every time he loses the ball, he will fight for it. Even the legendary Thierry Henry once described him as “the most complete striker in the Premier League.” For very good reason in fact.

Firmino’s positional sense, mobility, intelligent movement, and ability to make attacking runs off the ball, which often draws opposing players out of position and creates space for his teammates has helped him receive praise from his manager, teammates and pundits.

Alexendre Lacazette 86 (60)

Alexendre Lacazette was named Arsenal player of the season last campaign. That should be a fair indication of what the French striker is capable of. His partnership with Aubameyang propelled the Gunners to a Europa League final. Lacazette has been rated 86 in the game and is no. 60 in the player list.

The striker was originally used as a winger at Lyon before he transitioned into a striker. He has since blossomed in the role and has been praised for his goal scoring and finishing ability. Other features of his game include pace, strength, balance, technique, dribbling, link-up play, and ability with either foot.

Lacazette is a hard working player who is very good defensively as well. In fact, that is an ability of him that allows him to press the opposition and win the ball back with his tackles. He would make for a very good addition in any team in FIFA 20.

Son Heung-min 87 (45)

Tottenham’s Centre Forward is the 4th highest rated Premier League striker in FIFA 20. He has a rating of 87 and comes in at number 45. Asia’s highest Premier League goal scorer has made giant strides at North London.

Son’s achievements are further magnified when considering that his team also includes Harry Kane. With the English scorer in the team, Son’s opportunity to start in front of the opposition goal is very limited and yet he has excelled in every role he has been employed in.

Apart from being the second striker, he has also been used as a winger and attacking midfielder too. He is speedy like Lacazette and has a great positional sense like Firmino. He is second to none during counter attacking plays as he uses his ability to find and win spaces to great effect.

His close control and clinical finishing have made him a darling at Tottenham; where the fans have grown to recognise his abilities as a great servant of the game. Something that EA have also recognised, placing him so high in FIFA 20.

Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang 88 (25)

Another Arsenal forward makes the list and this time it is Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang. The Gabonese striker has had a phenomenal first full season with the Gunners as he notched up 22 goals in 36 matches. He ended the season as the joint top scorer.

He has been rewarded for his performance with an 88 rating. This puts him at no.25 on the list. The Arsenal forward would make any team in the game better and would be a good player to include in any side.

Aubameyang now is easily one of the best strikers in the world right now. His explosive pace, finishing and his off the ball movement make him standout. His versatility has also earned him a lot of plaudits. To accommodate Lacazette in the side, Aubameyang has played as a wide forward several times.

This has been done with great results as together they have formed one of the most lethal striking pair in the game.

Harry Kane 89 (16)

The English Captain has been a very prolific scorer in the last few seasons. He has constantly been in the race for the Premier League Golden boot since 2014 after he was made an integral player at Tottenham.

His performances aren’t just restricted to the Lilywhites; he has also been very valuable to England having scored 25 goals in 40 appearances for the Three Lions. It is for this reason, he has been given an 89 rating in the game, placing him at 16 in the list.

Kane has been called the benchmark for clubs producing young English players by FA chairman Greg Dyke. Initially considered a pure goal scorer, Kane has proven that he’s a good all-round player who can also play in deeper positions.

In all, he has scored 167 goals in 257 appearances for Spurs; of which 125 have come in the Premier League since 2014. He breached the 25-goal mark on 3 consecutive occasions before faltering last season as he missed out on a few games due to injury.

The English striker will hope to make up for lost time this season as Tottenham attempt to scale heights they haven’t before.

Sergio Aguero 89 (13)

Manchester City’s all-time highest goal scorer tops the list of the Premier League’s FIFA 20 Best strikers. With a rating of 89, the Argentine is placed at 13. He has been the pillar around whom Manchester City have built their team since their takeover.

Aguero has found the net 178 times for the Sky Blues and 170 times in the Premier League. This makes him the 6th highest Premier League scorer. He is also the most prolific non-European player in the English top-flight history.

Aguero is an all-out Centre Forward but can also play as a second striker. His passing ability, tactical intelligence and vision make him a capable assist man. Although he plays best as a striker. His pace, goalscoring ability, positioning in the area, technique and ability to play with both feet make him very lethal.

His agility, acceleration, strength and the ability to finish from inside and outside the box makes him a constant threat to any opposition defence. Aguero is without a doubt, the best no.9 to play in the Premier League and EA have done well to reflect it in their game.
